  1. Exchange Period: Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Conditions for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned with the original bill/invoice and price tags. The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
  3. Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired replacement item in our current stock.
  4. Refunds:
  • Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are only available if the customer originally paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) and the item is damaged.
  • If you paid using credit/debit card or any online payment method, refunds will be processed only through the original payment method; no cash refunds will be provided in these cases.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.
  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
